SWEET AND SOUR SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. sauerkraut, well drained
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 lg. onion, chopped

Mix together, and add: 1 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup vinegar. Chill about 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Then serve.
