SWEET-SOUR CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained
1 lb. seasoned hamburger
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. tomato paste

Saute meat and drain. Combine all ingredients, pour into 7 x 13 inch casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Excellent served with mashed potatoes and salad.
