BAKED POTATOES AND ONIONS 
6 baking potatoes
seasoned salt
6 tbsp. butter
4 onions, sliced thinly
black pepper

Peel potatoes and make cross wise slices on them about 1/4 inch apart; do not cut all the way through. About every second slice, insert a slice of onion, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place 1 tbsp. butter on top of each potato. Wrap in foil and bake at 400°F for 1 hour.
