DAIRY POTATO BAKE 
2 lbs. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter

In large bowl, stir together potatoes, 1/2 cup melted butter, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream, cheese. Pour into 9 x 13 inch buttered dish. Top with crushed cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
