DAIRY POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
Can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix all ingredients except corn flakes; put in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
