2 egg whites, room temperature
Pinch salt
1 c. nut meat
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites very stiff. Add sugar, salt, vanilla and nuts. Spoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off and leave 1/2 hour.
