1 egg white
2 dashes salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 c. nuts (chopped)

Beat egg white with salt until stiff. Gradually beat in sugar mixed with spices. Fold in chopped nuts. Drop from tsp. onto well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes.
