WALNUT MERINGUE KISSES 
A delicacy!

4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 275°F.

Beat egg whites for two minutes. Add sugar, vinegar and salt, continue beating until mixture forms stiff peaks. Fold in chopped walnuts and drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet.

Bake in slow (275°F) oven on center rack for 50 minutes.

Variation: Make colorful batches for the Holidays using various food colorings.
