HAZELNUT KISSES 
2 lb. hazelnuts (in shell) (1 lb. shelled)
6 egg whites
1 lb. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Shell and grind fine the hazelnuts. (Your favorite nuts may be substituted.) Beat egg whites stiff. Gradually add sugar to egg whites. Fold in. Add nuts and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet.

Bake 300 degree oven for 20 minutes.
