CRANBERRY DELIGHT SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
2 tbsp. concentrated orange juice
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. finely chopped cranberries
1 tbsp. fine grated orange peel
1/4 c. chopped pecans

I add 1 tablespoon sour cream.

Combine first 4 ingredients + sour cream with electric mixer until smooth. Cream. Fold in remaining ingredients; refrigerate. Serve with assorted crackers.
