CABBAGE WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded

CHEESE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Dash of pepper
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook cabbage, covered 10 minutes in small amount of water; drain. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Then add milk. Cook quickly, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat, add cheese. Stir to melt. Mix sauce with drained cabbage. Put in 8 1/2 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with butter cracker crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

I have made this it is absolutely delicious. I take and make the whole head of cabbage, separate it into two dishes. Bake and then freeze one for later.
