Cabbage Rolls (Tomato Sauce)

This is a perfect recipe for stuffed cabbage rolls. My mother made it...and this is exactly her recipe. The cabbage rolls don't fall apart because in the pressure cooker, the cooking time is so short. I use toothpicks to secure the rolls, then remove them just prior to serving. Love this recipe. Have been eating these for most of my 65 years.
