STUFFED CABBAGE IN TOMATO SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. caraway seed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
12 lg. outside cabbage leaves
1/4 c. water

Mix beef, rice, onion, caraway seed, salt, pepper and egg. Divide meat mixture into 12 parts. Wrap in cabbage leaves that have been steamed in large container with small amount of water until leaves are pliable. Fasten with wooden toothpicks. Brown rolls in oil in electric skillet. Add 1/4 cup water to tomato sauce and pour over rolls. Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
