STIR - FRIED CABBAGE IN OYSTER
SAUCE
 
1 med. to lg. cabbage, cut up
3 tbsp. oyster sauce, (purchased)
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 tbsp. bacon fat or peanut oil

Heat oil in frying pan or wok. Place cut up cabbage in pan. Stir-fry until nearly done, depending on consistency desired. Add ginger and oyster sauce, mix well. Serve.

Cooking Time: Approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
