1 (10 oz.) pkg. baby spinach
1 c. sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 c. red onions, slivered
1 c. cole slaw mix
1/2 c. sliced almonds or chopped pecans
honey mustard vinaigrette

Rinse spinach and drain well. Mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss with vinaigrette right before serving.

Serves 6.
