1 white or yellow cake mix, baked according to directions
1 (3 oz.) box Jello (flavor depends on fruit used)
1/2 c. hot water
1 pt. ice cream
1 pkg. Dream Whip (prepared according to directions
Fruit - 4 c. fresh peaches, sliced (if frozen berries are used--2 pkgs. drained)

Bake cake in a 9x13 pan or in 2 small pans. (Split long cake in half.) Dissolve Jello in hot water, add ice cream to Jello. Refrigerate until slightly congealed then add prepared Dream Whip and fruit.

Cover half of cake with fruit mixture, place other half on top. Cover all over with topping mixture.
