2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. sifted flour (Gold Medal all purpose)
1 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt
1 1/4 c. oil (Mazola corn oil)
3 or 4 c. fine chopped apples (any kind but Granny Smith are best)
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. pure vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Put all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Put in a greased and floured bundt pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
