2 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 beaten eggs
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts
1 can apple pie filling

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large mixing bowl. Add beaten eggs, oil, vanilla, raisins and pie filling. Mix with spoon. Do Not Beat! Pour into 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350°F. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
