COCONUT CAKE FILLING 
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 c. orange juice
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
4 lg. marshmallows
1/4 c. nuts (opt.)

Beat egg yolks, add sugar, orange juice, and butter. Cook in double boiler until thick. Turn off heat, add marshmallows. Stir until smooth. Add nuts and coconut. Spread between layers. Frost rest of cake with 7 Minute Frosting.
