ORANGE COCONUT FILLING 
7 tbsp. flour
Grated rind of 2 oranges
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. orange juice
4 tbsp. water
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 tbsp. butter
1 can coconut
2 c. sugar

Combine flour, sugar, orange rind, fruit juices, water, eggs, and butter. Cook in double boiler 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add coconut before spreading. Makes enough filling for 6 layers, top, and sides.
