ORANGE LEMON COCONUT SQUARES 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour

FILLING:

1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon

To make crust, cream butter, add brown sugar and flour. Mix well and spread over bottom of 9"x13" greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix brown sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Add pecans, coconut, eggs and vanilla. Spread mixture over first layer and bake 30 minutes longer. Combine powdered sugar, orange and lemon juice and rind and spread over last layer. Cut into 2" squares. Yield: 28 squares.
