1 pkg. yellow cake mix (lemon is o.k. too)
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. flaked coconut

FILLING:

20 oz. can undrained crushed pineapple
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
5 tbsp. Tang

Combine first 3 ingredients until well mixed. Reserve 1 cup. Press rest of mix into 9 x 13 inch pan. In saucepan, combine filling ingredients. Cook over medium heat until very thick. Stir continuously. Spread over mix in pan. Combine the 1 cup reserved mix with coconut. Spread out by spoonfuls over filling. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cut in 3 dozen bars.
