TACO SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can cut corn
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Tortilla chips and grated cheese

Brown ground beef in heavy saute pan. Drain. Saute chopped onion; add to ground beef. Stir in taco seasoning, corn, kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve topped with tortilla chips and grated cheese. Makes 8 servings.
