TACO SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. water
2 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. (or more to taste) taco seasoning

Brown meat. Remove fat. Add all ingredients. Cook over low heat 1 hour. Freezes well.

When serving, to put on top: chopped avocado, dairy sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese, crushed corn or taco chips.
