SHERRY GINGER MARINADE OR SAUCE 
1/4 c. sherry wine
2 tbsp. sesame or olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
2 thin sliced scallions

Blend all ingredients together in blender. Can be used for all meats. Makes 1 cup. Also as a sauce by adding 1/2 cup broth or 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Blend and cook.
