JEFFREY'S TACO SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 c. celery, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. jalapeno peppers, diced or to taste
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
2 env. Lawry's taco seasoning

Cook hamburger, onion, and garlic in saucepan, until light brown. Stir in tomatoes and juice, celery, taco seasoning, salt, an sugar. Bring to a boil. Simmer 1 hour. Stir in beans and jalapenos. Simmer another 15 minutes.

Garnish with corn chips, shredded cheddar, sour cream, and black olives. Makes 5 (1 cup) servings.
