TACO SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (plus liquid)
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (plus liquid)
1 (17 oz.) can kernel corn (plus liquid)
1 (5 oz.) can tomato sauce

OPTIONAL (for garnish) :
Sour cream
Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips
Avocado

In a large pot, brown ground beef and onions; drain well. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, corn (all including liquid) and tomato sauce, along with taco seasoning. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for approximately 30 to 45 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. Serve hot and garnish with sour cream, Cheddar cheese, tortilla chips, and avocado (if desired).
