TACO SOUP 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, diced
2 c. undrained pinto beans
1 c. chili
1 can Rotel tomatoes, chopped
1 c. stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 lb. Velveeta
Garlic salt or minced onion to taste
1 tsp. salt and pepper

Brown hamburger meat with onion. Drain. Put in crock pot. Add all other ingredients. Cook slowly until cheese melts. Serve over Fritos.
