HAWAIIAN RICE 
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapples, drained
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and fold in 2 cups whipped topping and 4 cups cooked chilled rice. Pour into 10 x 13 inch casserole dish. Serves 10 to 12.
