HAWAIIAN RICE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 sm. diced green pepper
1 lg. celery stock
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry Lipton chicken noodle soup
1 c. RAW rice
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 1/2 c. boiling water

Brown sausage and onion leaving in bite size chunks. Drain. In large casserole dish or pan add all ingredients. Stir well and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
