PORK CHOPS WITH HAWAIIAN RICE 
4 lean pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, undrained
1 tbsp. vinegar

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown well on both sides in skillet, and pour off fat. Add 1 cup water, remaining ingredients, and salt to taste. Mix well. Simmer, tightly covered, for 45 minutes or until rice is tender. Serves 4.
