EASY PORK CHOPS HAWAIIAN 
4 to 6 pork chops
1 (15 oz.) can beef broth
1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
cooked rice

In skillet, brown chops and pour off fat. Add next 6 ingredients. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Stir now and then. Mix water and cornstarch; stir in sauce. Cook; stir until thickened. Serve with cooked rice.

Serves 4 to 6.
