CURRIED BAKED FRUIT 
#2 can peach halves
Sm. can pineapple, chunky
#2 can pears
#2 can pitted cherries
1 bottle maraschino cherries
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 tbsp. curry powder, suit to taste
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Drain fruit and pat dry with paper towels. Place in 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix together dry ingredients and pour over fruit. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes and put in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 more minutes and serve warm.
