CURRIED BAKED FRUIT 
3 c. peach halves, drained
3 c. pear halves, drained
3 c. apricot halves, drained
2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. maraschino cherries, drained, no stems
1 c. pecans (optional)

Put 1/12 stick butter in saucepan; add 1 cup brown sugar and 2 teaspoons curry powder. Mix and cook until sugar is dissolved. Drizzle over fruit and bake at 350 degree oven 45 minutes.
