GLORIFIED BEEF STEW 
3 lbs. stew beef
1 can beef bouillon
1 can beef consomme
1 can small pearl onions, drained
2 cans mushrooms (sliced or whole), drained
Cooking sherry

Flour meat and brown in cooking oil. Combine all other ingredients in a Dutch oven. Cook for 3 hours at 325 degrees. Serve over creamed potatoes or rice.
