EASY BEEF STEW 
2 1/2 c. diced carrots
2 1/2 c. sm. onions
2 1/2 c. whole tomatoes
2 1/2 c. tiny peas
2 1/2 c. sm. potatoes
2 1/2 c. green beans
1/2 can beef consomme
4 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. prepared bread crumbs
3 lbs. lean stew meat
1/2 c. white wine
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 tbsp. salt and pepper

You may use canned, frozen or fresh vegetables. If using canned, drain all vegetables except tomatoes.

Mix together all ingredients in large casserole or covered roasting pan.

Bake at 250 degrees for 6 to 7 hours in covered container.
