EASY BEEF STEW | |
2 lb. beef stew meat 1 onion 1 stalk celery 6 carrots 3 med. potatoes (any other vegetable can also be used) 2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. tapioca 1 c. tomato juice or V - 8 Juice Black pepper to taste Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes, into baking dish. Slice onion, celery, carrots and potatoes over the meat. Mix salt, sugar and tapioca with tomato juice and pour over ingredients. Cover with aluminum foil and seal. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours. Serves 6. |
