Easy Beef Stew for Camping

 Linda (United States) says:
Went camping with the whole family and made this Stew over an outdoor fire pit. It came out so fantastic! Also took canned biscuit's and cooked them over the firepit! They were the bombdiddly! Buttered a castiron skellet, put the biscuits inside, put more butter on top, covered with heavey duty foil, put it over the campfire while stew was cooling. When you start to smell the biscuits, thats when you take them off. The whole dinner was so goooooood! Now every time we go camping I am requested to make my stew-n-biscuit.
