CRAZY MIXED UP BEEF BRISKET | |
1 pkg. onion soup mix 1/4 c. water 1 c. ketchup 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tbsp. grape or black raspberry jam 4-5 lbs. corned beef brisket, not spiced Combine all ingredients except brisket. Blend well. Place half of the mixture on the bottom of a roasting pan. Add brisket and top with the remaining mixture. Cover and cook at 325 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. Chill thoroughly in refrigerator. Slice thin to serve. |
