FLOUNDER IN LEMONY DILL SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. flounder fillet

Over medium-low heat, heat first 5 ingredients in skillet until butter is melted and hot; stir occasionally.

Add flounder; cover and cook 8-10 minutes until flounder flakes easily; baste occasionally.
