FLOUNDER IN LEMONY DILL SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 3/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 med. green onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. flounder fillets
Lemon slices

In 10 inch skillet, over medium low heat, heat first five ingredients until butter is melted. Cut fish into serving size pieces, add to pan. Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes, until flounder flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally. Arrange flounder with its sauce in warm deep platter. If desired garnish with lemon slices. Makes 4 servings.
