FILLET OF FLOUNDER WITH CREAM
SAUCE
 
12 oz. frozen flounder fillets
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste

Thaw fillets; drain and dry with paper towels. Mix mayonnaise, milk, garlic powder and pepper. Place fillets in Corning Ware dish. Top with crab meat. Pour sauce over each fillet. Sprinkle with parsley. Cover and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until done.
