Excellent recipe, very easy to prepare. I did not use the lemon and it was great.

I made tonight for dinner.. made a couple of adjustments because i wanted it a little more spicy (extra pepper and extra red pepper) and it turned out to be very good. I will definitely have this again.

The recipe is a little vague in quantities and preparation. I cooked three flounder fillets and used only about 1/2 tsp of the seasoning mix on each fillet. It was much spicier/more peppery than I expected, and next time I would reduce the amount of seasoning used.

Other than that, it was a pretty good recipe with or without the lemon. (I forgot to add the lemon until we had already started eating, so we got to try it both ways.)
