FLOUNDER WITH CREAM OF SHRIMP
SAUCE
 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. flounder
1 sm. onion, chopped
butter
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 can white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Butter casserole dish. Spread chopped onion in bottom of dish. Place fish fillets on top of onion, salt, and pepper. Mix soup and wine. Pour over fish. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until fish is done. Serve with rice. Serves 2-3.
