FLOUNDER WITH SHRIMP SAUCE (MICROWAVE) | |
4 fillets flounder, 1/4 lb. each 1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup 1/4 c. of sherry or milk 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese Parsley or slivered almonds (optional) In a small bowl combine soup, wine and cheese. In an 8 inch square baking dish arrange rolled fillets seam side down; toothpicks to hold together. Pour sauce over fillets. Cover with plastic wrap and cook at medium for 10 to 12 minutes - until fish is opaque. Let stand 5 minutes, sprinkle with almonds. |
