RHUBARB FLUFF PIE 
4 c. rhubarb, diced
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1/2 c. cold water
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 pie shell, graham or baked

Cook first three ingredients until soft. Remove from heat and add Jell-O and cold water. Let cool, then fold in Cool Whip. Pour into baked pie shell and chill.
