HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
3 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
Hot buttered poppy seed noodles

In skillet brown ground beef with bacon. Add onion, cook until tender but not brown. Drain off excess fat. Add seasonings to meat mixture. Stir in soup. Cook slowly, uncovered, 20 minutes, stir frequently. Stir in sour cream and heat through--do not boil. Serve over hot poppy seed noodles. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
