GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt
Dash of cayenne
1 c. sour cream

In skillet, melt butter. Add onion and mushrooms; saute for about 5 minutes until tender. Remove mixture, set aside. Add beef; cook until brown, spoon off drippings. Add onion and mushroom mixture to beef. Add soup and seasonings; simmer 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir in sour cream, and cook until heated through. Serve over noodles.
