HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 stalk celery
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 pkg. chow mein noodles

Fry together hamburger, onion, and celery. Add cream cheese, soup and milk. Cook on low heat for 1/2 hour. Serve over chow mein noodles. Fast, easy, good.
