BEEF STROGANOFF SANDWICHES 
French bread, sliced lengthwise
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Grated cheese
1 c. sour cream

Heat bread at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cook meat and onions, drain off fat. Combine sour cream, milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce with meat and onions. Heat through. Spread mixture on bread. Top with cheese and cook for 5 minutes on cookie sheet, uncovered.
